What are your shipping delays?

Orders placed before 3 PM will leave the same day. Most will be delivered the next business day. Depending on product and location there may be reasonable delays, we will contact you to let you know.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal and Direct Deposit with all major banks.

Can I return an item or order?

You have 30 days to return any unopened item, unless otherwise specified. You will receive a full refund for qualifying items and orders. Contact us for more information.

Are there any items I cannot return?

Open items cannot be returned. Also special order items cannot be returned. They are indicated in on your order confirmation.


What do I do if my product isn’t working?

Please contact us. All products are guaranteed a minimum of 1 year. We have technicians and customers service agents available to assist you. For more information check out our warranty.

What can I do with my empty cartridges?

We invite our customers to take part in our free recycling program. Let us know when you have a minimum of 6 empty toner cartridges and we will send someone to pick them up - free of charge, so they can be properly recycled. Click here for more information.
